Making Briquettes Saves Space and Improves Handling

Briquetting biomass fuels such as wood chips, sawdust, manure, sludge and digestates produces valuable fuels with high calorific values.  Storage, transport, combustion or gasification are therefore optimised.

Besides biomass, wastes such as shreddered plastics and metal chips can be compacted with our presses and used for recycling, incineration or gasification.

Our range of Briquette Presses or Machines is this:

About the Enerbric H Range: Small Volumes

These hydraulich presses, Enerbric H, are ideally used in small and medium sized companies, with a mass flow  of less than 180 kg per hour.  Our hydraulic presses operate with a compression pressure of approximately 800 bar.  The daily operation hours shall not exceed 6-8 hours.  For continious operations, we recommend our Enerbric M range.

About the Enerbric M Range: Continious Operation

These mechanical briquetting presses of series Enerbric M are ideally designed for customers with higher volumes of biomass or waste and therefore require durable machines for continous 24/7 operation.  Because of the high compression pressure of approximate 2000 bar, our machines produce a hard and high quality briquette.  The solid design of these presses guarantees reliable operation adn long lifetime. Especially the low specific electric demand makes continious operation of our mechanical presses a sound ecomomic choice.
